Limitations and boat access
– Particularly inexperienced customers are required to stay in the safety area, meaning as such the deck area of the boat, or the bridge where underwater cylinders are present;
– Children under the age of 13 will not be able to access the boat unless accompanied by adults who take responsibility for it.
– Those who present injuries, skin lesions are not allowed to enter the boat, unless a medical certificate is presented. People suffering from pathologies or conditions that involve a risk in the use of the boat, in snorkelling excursions, in freediving and with self-contained breathing apparatus are invited to protect their own and others’ safety, to communicate to the staff on duty, before entering the water, your pathological state;
– The use of the boat and equipment is intended to be carried out at the risk and peril of those who practice diving, freedivers, snorkelers and their companions;
– Each customer must behave in such a way as not to compromise the safety and quiet and enjoyment of the services/products by the other customers involved and must comply with the rules of normal prudence and diligence, with all the provisions imparted by the staff at the Le Cavallette Diving Snc diving centre, and/or by the operators who organize snorkelling excursions, scuba diving and free diving, as well as regulations and administrative or legislative provisions relating to the service/product.
– The customer will be liable for all damages that the Organizer should suffer due to the failure to comply with the aforementioned obligations. In particular, the customer will be liable for all damages caused to the Tresette II boat or to its furnishings and equipment, for the damages caused to other passengers and third parties, as well as for all the fines, fines and expenses to which, due to its fact, Le Cavallette Diving is subject to port, customs and health authorities.
It is forbidden
– running, cackling, chasing each other, harassing, causing dangerous situations for oneself or others;
– enter the captain’s cabin;
– smoking (the ban applies in any area except those expressly authorized);
– enter the captain’s cabin;
– perform dives from the upper deck to the deck, perform run-up dives or backward dives;
– get on the sundeck when the boat is moving;
– stand in the bow when the compressor is on;
– stand on the steps;
– stop on the right and left side of the cabin;
– throw waste of any kind out of the appropriate containers, much less at sea;
– throw toilet paper and waste in general inside the toilet;
– enter the cabin below deck wet;
– leave the weight box without a lid;
– sit on the fin net support;
– climb above the roof of the captain’s cabin;
– open the safety locking belt of the ladder located aft without authorization;
– use the “compressor hoses for refilling cylinders” without authorization;
– stop under the ladder located at the stern;
– leave leads on the benches;
– leave the cylinders unattended without closing the tightening belts;
– enter the water without staff authorization;
– dive without signal balloon;
– stand in the bow during mooring manoeuvres.
